CCI, this is a time of frayed nerves, rendered by the mysteriously sharp decline in DSNY share price, and people are saying things that maybe would be better left unsaid. For the most part, everyone who posts here has good intentions - even ANYDAYNOW is more of a caricature of a basher, more of comic relief than anything else, pro bashers are much more subtle

People have to understand that in the U.S., largely because of the First Amendment, slander and libel have been very narrowly defined. Criticism of a company's management team is neither, lies about someone's personal behavior or motivation may be.
