Probably nobody has been more critical of brooklyn13's messages than myself. But it is my belief that brooklyn is just a doubter not a denigrator. He probably gets up early in the morning and sees a bit of the sun peeking up in the East but won't admit the sun rises in the East until it is completely above the horizon. His criticisms of Destiny & Steve I think have come from doubt rather than any visciousness or intent to see the company fail or to hurt the share price. I believe he is a shareholder and is only expressing his opinion.

On the other hand Anydaynow has made a constant, intentional, concerted attempt to denigrate Steve and the company. He has said things that most likely are untrue and probably could be considered libelous. I see nothing wrong with Steve going after him and Musikman who had a running vicious diatribe going on at the Raging Bull site when I first got into DSNY. Haven't looked at RB in a very long time so I don't know if that is still going on.

The other one that was named Dow18K posted what he did about HTLM5 out of pure ignorance about the technology.

If the cost of this type of action is not too great I think it is a good idea for a company to go after those who would lie & defame with intent on a message board. Might stop some of the stuff that is mainly done by short sellers.
