Did Huff not know that a month ago when he was negotiating for money and timeframes of first payment with lawyers. Details are always discussed when contract is discussed and signed. Also that is a contract so other side has to obey by it. So if this is not bogus announcement are the Russians backing out? THINK ABOUT THIS AND DIGEST THIS BEFORE YOU START DEFENDING HIS ANOTHER BROKEN PROMISE. Ohhh I forgot..DELEYED is a better word. If that is the case I will add to that INDEFINITELY DELAYED.
