It would seem prudent that dilution would huge in getting the share price to $10/share. They will dilute the current share base into infinity thereby reducing greatly any $10 share price value current shareholders think likely.

To think that by buying WMIH now at the current share price of $2.14 and believing you could sell those same shares for $10 by June 2014 is at best wishful thinking.
