I do not know the answers to any of them and why my concerns I listed. I do not do enough research to answer your questions. I have been burnt enough on hype on penny stocks just wanted folks to consider those, since it seems lot more conjecture than facts right now. Truth in reporting I still hold around 100,000 shares but sold 250,000 last week. Could have been a mistake but no matter which way it goes I made a nice profit already and if it goes to the moon I can retire nicely. I do not short any stocks just want folks not to get to excited by the hype until we get something firm from the company. They have been silent.
