You ask why the SP hasn't gone up on the pending FQ news about buying some of PTQ's assets? It did go up. Then it went right back down again when no news was announced.

The question I have to you is why does FQ have to announce any deal in the short term with PTQ? As much as I had hoped Progafa would be right about a deal happening before Christmas we all know now that won't be happening now. FQ have their own problems to deal with and most likely don't see messing with PTQ as a priority.

As I said before why is it FQ's problem if PTQ has put themselves in an unmanageable financial situation? Why does any imminent deal from FQ to PTQ have to be done? As RBF has been saying for some time now wouldn't it be in FQ's best interest if PTQ goes under?

To this point, the only way I can see FQ coming to PTQ's rescue would be some sort of political pressure forcing them to do so. That may not even be a feasible outcome.
