My apologies to anyone who was actually looking forward to it, but I suspect there weren't many of those. I'm just not comfortable with Paltalk. But this is what I would have said:

Kirkpatrick no longer has any shot at all of collecting enough money through lawsuits to start up a new company. Apart from that, it was always silly for him to want to get into the mining business. What does he know about mining? God knows it isn't a particularly good way to make money; most penny mining companies fail.

The ONLY way he could raise funds would be by asking shareholders to contribute. I would advise against throwing good money after bad.
