Steve's ownership of his company will never dip below 50%! He has made that mistake in the past and won't be doing it again plain and simple. The last time he gave up below 50% ownership he ended up leaving the company several years after that because of the direction the investors thought the company should go he didn't agree with and we all know where that got the investors.... No where at all and Steve ended up back with his brand.

This will now allow further funding/financing ops for Steve to work on his current and future projects.

New directors... A good engineer on staff and IMO we will only go up in 2014.
