Anybody can do it, I could sit there and accumulate share for a
few weeks, and when I'm ready e-mail about a thousand people, and tell them to buy the stock, and as they buy it moves up, and I sell the ones, that I bought, and I have NOTHING to do with DBMM, and that's what happened, DBMM has no control over other's actions.
