A good question for mgmt. is if (and that is "if") they happen to come into a decent amount of money, are they planning to reverse some/all of the diluted shares to increase shareholder value? That is the question to ask them. If the answer is, "no" then this will not go back up to levels where shareholders want it. I think a lot of people should be asking mgmt. this one question.
