asr1, I liked your posts. I can't help but wonder now that the world knows MSFT is taking out the NOK division, would the MSFT financial and political ties skew the decision so as to 'not disrupt the cart for their friends at MSFT' when that deal will 'bring jobs and economic growth to Americans' whereas a LEO would potentially 'queer the deal'

My concern, among a few others...

If what you say is true, why didn't the GOV have MSFT design the Affordable Healthcare Act website instead of the Canadian company? It appears to me that MSFT has very little clout in political circles. However, I could see MSFT wanting to work with IDCC simply because we're both American companies. JMO
