Norman Not really You are showing us records from 1999 Since than CEOs have wised up They own preferreds now. The reason being is that it keeps the S/O down If Hilal and the other O&D owned common the S/O would be over 12 billion S/O Plus the preferreds are NOT subject to a R/S and in case the company went belly up the preferreds get first crack at the assets. Also Round had the SHL from about Jan 2004 showing Hilal owned NO COMMON SHARES. And there was only one share holder that owned 144 stock. Go to the big board stocks you will see O&D hardly own any common.
