PHOT ships stuff all over the world. Could be PHOT wants some distance so some state, country, or what ever group wont get down on PHOT by saying they are selling drugs by selling something like a pre loaded vape pen. I'm only guessing but I can understand reasons PHOT would like to be " thought" of as a different company. They are different companies, but they do have wonderful synergy, good for both. Will they exploit that? of course.
All of the above is just my opinion and i'm often wrong. so sell me your stock at a penny so I can get richer thanks.
