So the question becomes, why Tenney? what is the connection to Les who I assume brought him in.

I don't have inside connections, so I can not say. There seems to be some type of incestuous Utah connection (e.g. "Jenson", the "accountant" operating out of his house) with much of management. But then again, someone thought it a good idea to dig up the Hackster out of Broward County, FL to provide legal counsel, which would have seemed to be a good idea, particularly if we were considering bankruptcy or a short sale, but you'd have to ask Greg if you can find him in his rabbit hole.

If I had to guess, I'd say they met him on a golf course.
