Microsoft is not going to spend $7.2B and let a bunch of finnish numbnuts negotiate a license going forward with IDCC. With the 613 in our back pocket and a decision on the 800 days away, I would think that IDCC and MSFT are at least in discussions regarding a license. Assuming the deal goes thru between NOK and MSFT, it will be see you in Delaware for IDCC and NOK, to determine past liabilities. Unfortunately, getting a dime out of Nok may take several more years, but MSFT simply cannot allow any product ban to take place, particularly after the Nok deal closes. JMO
