Interesting post. I like NGHT but can't bring myself to buy it. Not sure there's much upside for a while.

Disco Donnie, their event partner for a large portion of their events - bought by SFXE for $5M (can't find exact figure off hand sorry). In 2012 DD held 600 events and 8 festivals for a total of 860,000 in attendance figures.

NGHT is a long way off this. Just can't see value at present mkt cap.
