BioInfo, I think it was on Yahoo a few months ago that someone suggested that if even 1 patient had a complete response, that alone would be huge news. I agree with that. But that also assumes that a large percentage would have partial responses.

Assume the response is 50%. I think it depends on how the 50% breaks out betweek complete and partial. If 50% have a complete response, then I think your price target of $20 is way too low. $50 would be my guess. If 50% have a partial response, and none have a complete response, then $10 would be my guess.

One of my concerns is that under the RECIST criteria, a tumor has to shrink at least 30% to be considered a partial response. If it's 29% shrinkage, then it's considered stable. So we may hear that X% of the patients had stable tumors, when in fact they are showing a significant response by layman's terms.

I don't know what to expect. I'm think it's very possible to get 50% response, but it might all be partial. The preclinical numbers are my fantasy PR. If they duplicate that in humans (80% complete response) then it's a $100 stock the next day. Best not to expect anything like that!
