I believe it is wise for a start up company not to reveal to competitors the names of companies with whom they have rceived a LOI

Also, Q, The CEO owns only twelve million shares, but controls the voting power of 63% of the shares. Correct?

Don't you think it is the continuing revising of elements of the LOI with the company that leads to an eventual agreed upon contract?
