One can say it has. We would be in the low 20 without that. Of course I agree that we should be higher on the value of the assets but this is where the credibility of the company comes in.
I have been complaining bitterly to management about communication for quite some time. I still cannot figure out why they cannot do the simple block and tackle of communication. Bad news does not age well only wine ages well. When you lose credibility fear sets in and investors think worst case scenario on everything.
