From what i read it argues for a weaker dollar imo. Spending still out of control, will need to keep borrowing to pay for it. Debt ceiling will be raised in early feb if not sooner. I think the dollar goes down the tubes around that time. Something tells me this bill won't pass the senate though, we'll see.
