Spartan, that "decision" was made when Barney jumped in a few years ago. Arbitration is a tool for its implementation. The plan is known to a few of the Insiders, Kang, Barney, and the Iroquois & Friends funders.

The most liquid thing about LiquidMetal will be the liquidation of its IP assets. The real question is whether the patents re-emerge as the property of yet another Carny show, or will some of the patents be acquired by legitimate concerns that intend to and are capable of fully realizing the commercial potential rather than the Spin potential.
