It is good they are doing something and it is better than nothing. And I suppose it might help get out of this with smaller losses, hopefully... Unless they dilute to raise cash.

BUT it is definitely not good as far as the chances of getting a heater go. It's a pretty clear admission it was all doomed from the start and there was never really anything there. Otherwise what sane (and real...) company goes and completely changes it's area of activity (and I use the term very loosely since they never do anything) when its revolutionary and only product is just about to be tested and released?

Not to mention that this is yet another excuse to not work on the heater; they will constantly be saying they are busy with whatever tire thing they are doing (didn't even read that PR...) and that in a couple of years we will all be rich...
