This all makes sense but then again it does not. First, why was EMP not properly vetted? I am sure it was not that difficult to figure out that EMP was merely a SBIR shop. Second, why was Olsen hired in first place when there was nothing on the horizon to sell? Third, why did LWLG apply for the NSF grant when there was no proto to go along with the application? You know you are going to get rejected. Why even announce this to shareholders in the first place? Fourth, why would another small company reject an offer by a company (LWLG) who can potentially dominate several multi-billion dollar markets with their IP? Again, I am assuming this other small company properly vetted LWLG's IP, personel, labs and progress.
