Howland has said he expected it might take a long time to learn how to weave and knit it.

"The initial focus of the partnership will be to weave and test Monster Silk-based textiles for near-term applications. Kraig and Warwick will jointly own any product-related intellectual property that results from the collaboration."

So is it possible or probable that it might take a good while to collaboratively design "product related intellectual property".... .....but be a short term endeavor to weave and test MS based textiles near term? Be nice to get to the meaning of what has been stated. I don't think it is going to take Charlie, all that long.
