Proper grammar, punctuation and spelling in public releases are all pet peeves of mine. As a shareholder, I'm more concerned with the content of the release and its implications to my investment. However, as a card-carrying member of the grammar police, these kind of careless mistakes just really tar my hide. I can forgive it once and chalk it up to simple human error. However, this is just the latest of several times it has occurred and as you pointed out gives an impression that the company and/or its officers lack professionalism. I sent them an e-mail to them to hopefully correct the mistake.

That being said, while the company deserves to be dinged for their carelessness in their PR, it would be disingenuous not to acknowledge the correctness of JJ returning shares he was otherwise entitled to for his 2013 director's stipend/salary.
