Danny Hammett here. I am out of office obviously for holiday but am actually Hunting with all 3 sponsors THIS weekend so. IT IS with thanks again I will share your pleasure with Game with Bear, Easton and Wiley staff in person.
Some questions have arisen about the bow specs for the winners and that is being addressed. They all want their prize "yesterday".

I just called and talked to Danny Hammett who told me that any of us can contact him with questions or concerns at either his email (dhammett7@Gmail.com) or via his personal line at 386-576-3846.
He responded quickly to my emails and answered his phone when I called to talk with him. In a short synapsis, he gave me his word that all winners will receive there prizes in the allocated time (4-6 weeks) and stated he's very sorry for the lack of customer support, which he has no excuse for.
He seems to have huge plans for the game and even though he can't enhance customer support overnight, he's going through the motions to improve it and he's expecting great headway within the next few weeks. He seems like a very dedicated and understanding individual.
I expressed my concern about both the lack of in-game support as well as the communication regarding prizes, but also expressed our gratitude for such an outstanding game.
After speaking with him, I understand that his email was not meant to sound rude. My faith in this game has been renewed!
