Fault them for what? What were they to do? I said once before, what bank or traditional creditor would touch this?
I mentioned investing a little of the company's 401(k) plan assets with my partners and broker, they all laughed at me.

If the BIB fails and they want to find a new product, or find a new German, they'll need another La Jolla or a stupid guy with money.

You can only fault them for not putting out a product. They been trying but with no success.
