Ok. Here are some facts for you to decider complete with a link.

In about 2 years LQMT has gone from 134.47M to 473.04 outstanding shares. See the link, but you will have to add the 100 million they have filed to issue in the last few days. Looks like the site updates once each month, but is two months delayed. That is 3.5 times as many shares.
