I am trying to do some DD on the proposed new russian company "NuTel".

(Referenced in http://investor.globetel.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=67726&p=irol-newsArticle&ID=802047&highligh.... )

So far I can't find anything but thought of posting here as I know this is an international community.

Q. Who will operate the network?

A. The network will be operated by NuTel Wireless ("NuTel"), a
Russian company which will be owned 100% by a European Joint Venture
company which is being established by GlobeTel and Internafta. Each
party will own 50% of the shares of the European JV company which owns
NuTel. NuTel Wireless is a newly-incorporated Russian operating
company. The Operation Control Centers responsible for operating,
monitoring and maintaining the network will be located in Russia
(Moscow), in Germany and at our Network Operations Center in Florida.

What will the European JV company be called? Has it been established (ie. Working address phone# website Incorporation?)

Also, has NuTel been established?

In addition, the above PR never mentions advertising or advertising costs. (Did I miss it?) I would be curios to know what the plans are and what the budget for such would be. There has to be a way to get the word out to the russian people to get them to notice and subscribe.
