I mean technically the pr said provide an opinion, who knows what opinion that is lol.

I did a lot of research on rule 144 going to double check my notes on this issue (series 7 exam coming up) before commenting, but I am pretty sure what they are attempting to do is not exactly allowed (check being made to CDFT for cost). Will post after I research my notes.

Deflecting from the information posted attacking motive shows weakness in debate.
