LOL. Wow its real hard to track. LOL Now lets track how the company has a loss of 1.8 million in just 3 quarters, WOW now that's impressive. NOT!!! As for the reason the board member left isn't it strange that the other board member is allowed to remain. And isn't it odd that we try say the reason for the board member was leaving was for anything other than she didn't want her name associated with this company. What conflict was there with her when we all know she has a job in a totally different field. Yeah nice try folks. What kind of red flag does it pt up when a board member up and leaves after financials were put out? Lets see as a board member you can be held liable for goings on can't you? Just saying.IMO
