Interesting that No news feeds have run Amarin's 8k, wonder if we're seeing a suppression of the media?

There is not a conspiracy attached to every single thing you find odd about V or AMRN news - in this, case, the blame is fully on AMRNs shoulders and no one else - they failed to issue a PR about the 8-K filing, so of course none of the web crawling news bots picked it up. Your beef should be taken up with AMRN IR and/or Joe Bruno. IMO they didn't issue a PR because they wanted to keep the threat of suing the FDA on the down-low, at least until Dec 20 comes and goes.
