Accurate points, thus PV needs to be more honest with himself and map out his time and potential goals more accurately until he does get more people working on the goals of the company.

Tell us, I am the only one that can do this so it will take me x amount of time to get this accomplished, and leave himself some wiggle room for things that happen that distract from the time he can be working on said goals.
