ACDU owns over 125 acres of land in the Bluefields area of Nicaragua and is purchasing additional development grade land exceeding 300 acres. The Company possesses an option to purchase over 1,500 acres in the Southern Autonomous Region in Nicaragua.

In addition, AccreditedBiz is in the process of investing in several hotels and housing developments in Nicaragua. These investments will make AccreditedBiz an important enterprise with respect to the forthcoming Nicaraguan Canal.
