Can't agree more! He is trying to entice newbies and inexperienced investors to buy on the hype of the stock. FB and LNKD cases are both in step 1 (Markman date scheduled.) APPL is in step 0 (court might dismiss the case.) It might take 10 or more steps to really get the $ in their bank.
