That is where MSFT's sales team and muscle come into play. This is for windows operating system...so, maybe justifiable...but, to my knowledge, MSFT also gets paid around $15 a piece for the Android phones as well. Pure patent money. Similarly, NOK gets paid a lot for its own patents as well...so, all these big guys talking about limiting per handset IP costs are a bunch of hypocrites serving their own agenda.
