I didn't see anyone attempt to do a translate on the page…but in my opinion…. the recent noise with Qualcomm in China brought this dubious chart forward….they say, look, Qualcomm is not even the leader in LTE…it's Interdigital and it's associates….oh, and by the way Interdigital was just beaten in our courts, forced to pay fees, and oh yeah….we think they should have a .00000019 royalty percentage rate (or whatever ridiculous number it was)…so Qualcomm is waaaaaaaaaay over charging…

as to not being in existence….

I seem to recall a "strategic alternatives" process that included the sale of the company…shortly after Google took a sniff? All these companies were privy to our patents and prosecution charts….and we couldn't even muster a decent offer ….during…or after?….even when our market cap was down to $1B?????
