Update from HKND on the canal, full speed ahead. details OF ROUTE TO COME OUT MID DECEMBRE

As evidence of a definite route, Aguerri said to be released in mid-December by the concessionaire HKND Group, even if the environmental studies are not completed, as it is expected to be ready until 2014.

WITH THE ENVIROMENTAL STUDIES UNDERWAY, IT WOULDN'T BE TOO HARD FOR ACDU to figure out the route by following the environmental team around.
