COWI is NOT "breaking out." There is a r/s going into effect shortly. This volume is more than likely conversions. Otherwise it is just an uninformed shareholder(s) who will suffer substantial loss after the r/s is effective. COWI did not even adjust their a/s count post split. It's a share selling scam that will NOT "break out." Buying at .0001 just before a 1 for 200 r/s is a GUARANTEED LOSS.

COWI very close to breaking out. Less than 30 Mil left on the ask!!!!!!!
