I see the reality of jurisdiction and Federal law might have derailed your grand plans for PHOT. It's not me man....it's the government. I am just shining some light on the not so bright idea of trying to use information gathering kiosks to transact marijuana when the very people that are telling you it is against the law will be reading the script from the kiosks remotely to build whatever case they determine is appropriate.

Not my idea...but I am smart enough to know until the Feds change the law or rewrite the conditions of the existing law no one in their right mind is going to break Federal Law and have the crime authenicated on the very machine they are using for the purchase.

I am thinking maybe you need to pull your head out of your @@@ and brush up on State and Federal statutes in both Washington and Colorado
