T Doc, I think after the Supreme Court pNokio has run of places to hide. But can they take a 613 decision and run off to appeal, I guess they can try. But when its over they are supposed to head to court in Delaware if necessary.

Question for you: Do you think Huawie and ZTE will go for a decision in the 337-800 case which the ITC is to render the decision on 12/19/13.
