If I buy a tablet computer for someone for Xmas...does it come with wifi? Does the person I buy it for need a wifi router? Or is it cellphone based? I would be buying it for someone else at a different location. Also...is a kindle Fire an actual tablet...or just a glorified e-reader? What can you do with a Kindle Fire as opposed to a Tablet? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!
