Zal???????????????????? I will state this for the very, very, very last time. There has been a team split that has occurred in the last 12 months, because of the GREAT "DOCTOR WHO". He single handedly broke IMUN into 3 parts.

The GREAT DOCTOR WHO.

1) All loyal ITL shareholders who believe the Doctor still has a product have been selling their shares to buy into ITL the PRIVATE COMPANY owned by Doctor Har-Noy. (TAUG owns 9%)

2) Dr. Har-Noy Insisted that the former CEO (Antonio Treminio) be replaced and step down. The reason for this action by the Doctor was the Doctor could not explain to anyone why he could not remove the FDA hold on IMUN. Mr. Treminio insisted it be done before IMUN went any further with him. Now Mr. Treminio and his investors are going in a new direction. I do not blame them I would have done the same.

There must be millions of shares that have already come on the market and that is why the stock currently is moving sideways. November & December is the remaining tax selling time. There are some investors taking a tax loss in TAUG against other gains made in other stocks owned in 2013. They can buy TAUG back in 31 Days.

3) God Bless Seth Shaw our Gladiator. He was willing to carry the torch for the existing shareholders and not abandon us.
A) He did not walk away from IMUN and let the company
go into bankruptcy. This would have created a tax
loss for all of us.
B) Seth Shaw went out and raised new money to point the
company TAUG in a new direction.

Some of you are unhappy with the company diluting through acquisition. I say it is better than a tax loss. I believe all of his hard work and ideas will bring the stock TAUG to new highs in the next 12 Months. $.35 to $.50.
