For a penny stock, this is too much serious money for a "play". The four 6-7 figure blocks accounted for almost 2.6 million shares costing over $1.2 million. No way you flip that in a momo. I think someone sees a big value here. If they have 2 more quarters like the last one, this is over $1 by end of spring 2014.
