Okay...now weren't all those prototypes made by Visser??? Didn't we assume with his "Cast Parts" company??? We really didn't know "how" they were making those prototypes...but we do know some were sent back...there was no consistency in quality...some "guessed" those prototypes were molded and then hand refined...And I'm speculating that Visser couldn't do any better than that....and while that was going on..this is my guess...ENGEL went to LQMT...with a suggestion on a Turn Key Machine..their scientists got together and developed one...as Visser tried to "fabricate" a production line with consistent quality, and they failed. And possibly, Visser was also very busy with His NASCAR hobby. ENGEL also convinced LQMT that selling the machines was a better fit..because ENGEL had support specialists all over the world... LQMT saw that the plan they had with VISSER was not working for quality production and WOULD NOT WORK for fast world wide distribution of Liquid Metal. MANY TIMES the "best" product isn't the one that wins...its the one that gets into the supply stream the quickest..that's my theory on what went on...and perhaps the complaint of LQMT to Visser was they could not deliver consistent quality in production. Just my guess.
GOOD LUCK LONGS...
