Is there more to the recently passesd LQMT Proxy than the gravy. Make it a Toxic Brew. Following passed in LQMT Proxy vote in

October 2013 -- Proposed in August Proxy release
.

5.To ratify the appointment of SingerLewak LLP as our independent registered public accountants for the year ending December 31, 2013; and

A few months earlier in May 2013:

Iroquois Master Fund and Kingsbrook Opportunities Master Fund sued five PBC (Palm Beach Capital) entities, nine people, and Singer Lewak accountants of Los Angeles, in New York County Supreme Court. All the individual defendants, including lead defendant John Textor, were directors, advisers or spouses of the PBC defendants.

In November 2013 Iroquois and Kingsbrook contracted with LQMT for an equity stake of up to XXMM shares.

So, the brand new LQMT investor had just sued the brand new LQMT accounting firm. Sounds like the same game that LQMT and VPC are playing accusing each other of being a poor partner.

It has been said on this board that a month before LQMT filed an action against VPC, that VPC ordered an Engel machine, at quite a pricey price. Even though the two parties allegedly had been trying to resolve the alleged dispute for months prior. Of course VPC disputes the charge, and they agreed to enter “arbitration.” Was Barney trying to cover his alleged failure to perform. I doubt that.

And the VPC ISO certification excuse by LQMT is baloney. It wasn't an issue when they contracted him a year earlier. If VPC had the super secret customers the VPC website had claimed, those customers apparently didn't require VPC to have ISO. There were no customers, and I doubt either LQMT or VPC had even heard of ISO certification. That is for legitimate businesses. VPC is an expense write-off for Furniture Row Racing which is an advertising expense write-off for Furniture Row.

Is there a bad guy in all of this? This is shady business. Not sure you could find a good guy. Of course, I would give Barney the benefit of the doubt, as he seems heretofore to have avoided these kinds of shenanigans, at least as far as pedestrian news sources indicate. But why, I can't help wondering did he get in bed with this lot?

De more due diligence I do, de deeper da doo doo I detects. Dese guys are a buncha rats.

All that is LQMT is a Charade, except the IP, and they ain’t being used in any way shape or form. I hope nobody claims the Kang Knives are a real business, at least the L-M knife store-front isn’t anything but a website and a song and dance to raise funding – which have zero chance of ever producing product. Of course there are plenty of shivs around, and razor blades, but they are for draining blood on the Pink Penny Stock Board.
Good luck, Longs.
