From what we know there are a handful of companies in the prototype phase with VPC. And there is 1 company, Swatch, in the production phase with VPC. LQMT has never cited VPC as being incapable of meeting production demands. Perhaps there is a dispute over margins, but not production capacity. I am not aware of any claim by LQMT of inadequate production capacity by VPC as it relates to the arbitration.

Remember VPC's manufacturing of parts and the licensing of Engel machines directly to manufacturers are two totally separate things. VPC can manufacturer parts for companies who either don't want to or can't afford an Engel machine. Companies who want to manufacture in-house and have the money to buy/lease the Engel machines may do so as well.

LQMT is not at "US Steel" level. That would be a nice problem to have. But for now, VPC has a binding contract with LQMT to be their exclusive manufacturer. And there is no indication that that will change.
