The reason why visser wont let lqmt split with them even if its profitable is the same reason u wont sell now and take ur profit... On pure speculation on possible out comes and ur 100% bullish attitude are the out comes of one thing and that is greed i know it when i see it because i have suffered from it in the investing world so often... Why not sell half and let free shares ride? Well cuz u want more money... Why would visser let go half of its position and ride shares? Cuz they want more money... If they are pushing for a seperation expect litigation to take years.
