But remember Bob, he is only repeating what he is being told. Or some such nonsense. It's been explained to me that since Mart only has a 15% interest in the pipeline, and that the pipeline is actually being constructed by an outside contractor, that Mart does not have access to timely information regarding progress on the pipeline.
So a 15% interest doesn't buy you access to info? Maybe it's just me, but If my company's future depended upon the completion of a pipeline, maybe- just maybe- I would hire somebody 24/7 to be at the site to monitor how construction is going.
But this IS Nigeria, and it IS Mart.
