ok, we have common ground...now...

check out the prices in my home town of San Anselmo CA.

its your coastal community with sky high prices.

lets note that there are 11 homes for sale and 2 condos. the lowest priced single family home is a 2/1 with 1200 sq ft and is going for 685,000.

i say that three years from now the stats will show the prices will not only NOT drop as you predict BUT BE HIGHER.
